I don’t know if it’s been pointed out but shares in Nintendo took a hit after the reveal. You’d consider they’d go up
¯_(ツ)_/¯. Last I checked yesterday was down 5% but… http://www.polygon.com/2016/10/21/13359078/nintendo-switch-stock-price-drop
Plus Bethesda not not willing to confirm Skyrim makes it look like another WiiU all over again with AAA publishers not supporting their hardware even though saying they will on release…still really early but bad signs already.
As of right now I’ll definitely be buying one, barring any major hiccups.
there’s no point in pressuring people to talk about the switch more, they said they won’t reveal anything else about it until March. That includes the games they are making for it i guess.
I’ll be getting one , but that’s mainly because the kids play the shit out of the Wii U , spend 90% of their time on Mario Maker , but have discovered the Virtual Console and are playing Linked to the Past etc now as well so I’ll get them this for the new Mario and Zelda for sure. Performance is a concern , particularly the portable part, Skyrim running on it is interesting but promo footage can’t be trusted . Also how quickly those interchangeable parts wear out will be super important.
