I listen to a bunch of podcasts since I do a 30min to an one hour bike ride every morning.

Mostly things like This American Life, Ted Radio hour, radiolab, strange matters, our fake history, moth radio hour, snap judgment, serial, generation why, the black tapes and bunch of other.

Is this any good? I’ve wanted to check it out after I finished the current seasons of The Black Tapes.

Not in any particular order: Co-optional, The Know, Going in Raw, Cox and Crendor in the morning, Dropped Frames, SW New Canon Book Club, Off Topic, Roundtable Live, Limited Resources.

I have tried others, but i find it hard to jump in to a podcast without knowing any of the personalities involved with it. Many podcasts tend to be rambly and if i can’t associate the voices to faces, i find it hard to follow.

Besides Dropped Frames and the Cooptional podcast, I listen to a bunch of podcasts from Sanspants Radio - Shut Up A Second andPlumbing The Death Star being the top ones, as well as Funhaus’ DudeSoup. I used to listen to Tex n Mex in the Morning (AKA the JP and Gassy podcast) before that died off :itmejps:

I’ve just started getting into podcasts, so not too many at the moment.

Friends at the Table is an actual play podcast - think like RollPlay but audio only - helmed by Austin Walker and friends. I’ve been listening to their campaign Counter / Weight and really enjoying it so far.

I only really listen to one podcast, and that podcast is Hardcore History. Dan Carlin is amazing and if you’re playing BF1 or even just interested in WW1 then “Blueprint for Armageddon” is the place to start.

My job turned me into a major podcast fiend (seriously, I’ve got some 40-odd ones in my feed at the moment), but as Adam stated Hardcore History is so goddamn good and a must have for anyone who is interested in history and compelling storytelling.

Other highlights include Song Exploder, Welcome to Nightvale, School of Movies, Radiolab, Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo’s Film Reviews (Hello to Jason Isaacs), and Reply All.

Started listening to podcasts at work recently, I worked through all the free content for Hardcore History and am currently about 2/3 of my backwards way through My Brother, My Brother and Me. Can’t recommend MBMBaM enough, it’s a really great comedy podcast. They also have a D&D podcast that I haven’t gotten around to yet, The Adventure Zone.

The Easy Allies Podcast - A weekly gaming news podcast.
Frame Trap - another podcast by the Easy Allies but more general gaming and not just news.
Collider Jedi Council - A Star Wars Podcast.

Dropped Frames is my main one right now.
Hat Chat with Hat Films is pretty up there too. But those happen quite rarely now since they’re pretty busy. But there is still a huge back log to go and listen to.
And sometimes Cox n’ Crendor. As well as Co Optional Podcast.

How do you like Adventure Zone? I’ve had it sitting in my queue for a while and have only touched the first episodes.

Adventure Zone is fantastic , completely different to any D&D stuff on Rollplay way more comedy based . Definitely worth a listen

I usually don’t listen to many podcasts, but there are a few that I love, such as Co Optional Podcast, Still Untitled (the Adam Savage Project), and Kevin Pollak’s Chat Show.

Although I’m always looking for an interesting podcast to listen to.

Nerdist.com has a bunch of podcasts, but the only one I really listen from there is the Nerdist Podcast that Chris Hardwick hosts, and of course Dropped Frames.

Prophets of Doom is also a good one to start with because it’s shorter and also really freaking good

OK… lots of good ones already mentioned… I’ll try to list some that have been missed.

People talking about RPGs:
Another Question - Adam Blinkinsop and Sage LaTorra (the “other” co-creator of Dungeon World)
Narrative Control - Sean Nittner’s podcast

If you already listen to This American Life, Ted, radiolab, etc. and want more of those-
Invisibilia
Gimlet podcast network

Funny - too many good ones… there are a bunch of podcast networks for comedy shows… if anyone wants recomendations, descibe what you’re looking for and I can probably think of something.
All Things Comedy
Earwolf
Feral Audio
Maximum Fun
Nerdist

Scripted stuff is harder to find… Thrilling Adventure hour and Welcome to Nightvale have been mentioned…
Black List
Dead Pilots Society
