I have noticed later that JP’s mic sounds thin and it is especially noticable on the most recent Dropped Frames. Has it been mentioned on a stream as to what might have changed or anything? Its just very jarring as JP usually has the best sound on the show by far!
Seems like the mic changes are here to stay and it is kinda impressive how unpleasant it makes his voice. At the same time it is tinny, overpoweringly bassy and makes him sound nasal.
This made me quit following basically all of the shows except Dropped Frames, and the contrast to the other hosts is just so noticeable. How has nobody else mentioned this?
