I just imagine this is Rune/@AnneMunition when it comes to using Tempest for pretty much everything and @OneSevenDesign is just left going “[spoiler]shit[/spoiler]. my minions.”

The thought process was as follows:
Can I use Tempest? We’re indoors. There’s no logical way to get lightning in here, or rain/fog for that matter… Wait, John said there was water. Can I make a storm from that water ? But that’ll endanger my crew… Can I drown the bad guys in the water (which wouldn’t endanger my crew)? How do I get them to fall into the water, I don’t think I can. What if the water goes to them? BINGO.
