1 so if yotta had died how many plans for the next couple week would have been ruined?

2 so the place they teleported into with all the undead is that the temple they were tring to get to but was already corrupted by the necro king?

3 if they had used a mirror to look at the undead istead of looking direcly would the still have taken damage or does not matter?

4 also was that temple they teloported into the remains of where the page died like 70 episodes back

Hey just wanna thank Max and the cast for being so cool. Checking out the goals I sent on Twitter live and having it devolve into chaos was one of the best times I’ve ever had watching a broadcast and you are all the best. Being called dumb by Adam put a giant smile on my face!

Great episode as usual, no questions this week.

zero - i never build my plans to be PC inherent. they’re prone to dying, after all.

The place they were trying to get is the place they ended up but nobody’s been there in a long time and it’s fallen to flooding and to the servants of the necromancer king.

the round-by-round damage is a necrotic aura, so that wouldn’t have helped. the 4d10 damage is basically a line-of-sight attack so same deal.

Also I hope there Yotta’s dream about his families fate was not prophetic in any way. Major feels from that dream sequence though, was so well done.

Oh no your absolutely good! I figured that divine touch thing might be iffy cause it’s not a deliberate ability and it’s suppose to be random. I’m glad everyone was able to have fun with the #berggoals. You do great work as usual Adam, it’s a highlight of my week.

What procs first: death ward or the half-orc racial? Normally it wouldn’t matter, but he attacks when the racial procs and not with death ward.

I wonder @AdamKoebel - was the choice of having space only for short rests since the Maharib vs Yotta duel was designed to smooth out difference between Monk and Fighter and reduce the feeling of… inadequacy Zeke might have felt?

I would doubt it would have been to highlight Yotta over Maharib since both fighters and monks get almost everything back on short rests.

Yeah I’d actually say that’s kind of the fighter’s jam as a class especially as Battle Master. There are classes that can hit harder at full strength (Paladin - Divine Smite) but Fighters hold out really well in longer crawls because Superiority dice, action surge, their self-heal, all short rest recoveries, so they can just keep on chugging.

Here’s a good thing to note alongside Max’s orc racial for critting. For his level of barbarian he get’s brutal critical at 9th level, giving him an additional weapon die of damage alongside everything else. So he should be doing even more damage!

Just wanted to note that Roll20 added global modifiers a few months back. So Berg can add a +3 global damage modifier when he rages and it’ll automatically add to each damage roll, no need for more math than necessary.
