As I understand it juice is Fountain energy in liquid form. The void denizens use it to change properties of the unchanging void world. I think they use it for everything that needs altering so like anything from flesh crafting to changing iron into weapons.

Love this in DnD, Sometimes you have to get punished to get back up. This gives PCs motivation to move story forward, creates new plot and refeshes the game. Our band didn’t get punished for pretty long time. Sweet episode, <3
