What happens if you miss a month of Patreon or can’t afford it for the month? Do you get booted from the server? Or is it a “pay once and play forever” type model?
only paying patrons have access, lapsed payment will remove a user from the server, but you can always rejoin!
Adam, did the Discord launch yet? Since some people are saying that they are in, others can’t find it. I have no idea whether it has launched and i can’t find it on Patreon or if it’s still on creation status.
It’s been up for a few days now, since the Twitter announcement. I believe there’s somewhere around a thousand people on the server.
If your Discord was connected to your Patreon account (it’s in Patreon’s settings somewhere), then you should have gotten an invite, but it was wonky for a lot of people in the first day or so.
I just logged into Discord after the news and I had the server invite there in my list.
Oh yeah, i just went and checked, it seems my Patreon wasn’t connected to Discord in the settings, thanks man
