Don’t know if this is a Rollplay layout issue or Roll20, but is it possible to get some left padding in the dice roll window? When the text start right next to the border I get a feeling that some text is missing and is not as readable.

I’ve seen it as well. It’s how it’s pulled in and shown behind the green screened video in xsplit. So more a xsplit/roll20 issue. As soon as I’m done with this month RollPlay magazine I’m writing a document about how we can redo overlays into dynamic versions as per the Patreon goal, moving slowly but it’s moving.
